關於 Immigration Advice Authority (IAA)

Immigration Advice Authority (前身為 OISC) 係英國官方監管機構，負責規管所有提供移民建議嘅顧問同機構。任何人喺英國提供移民建議，必須持有 IAA 註冊或者係受認可嘅法律專業人士。無牌提供移民建議屬於刑事罪行。

The Immigration Advice Authority (formerly OISC) is the UK's official regulatory body overseeing immigration advisers. Anyone providing immigration advice in the UK must be IAA registered or a recognized legal professional. Providing unregistered advice is a criminal offence.
